This symposium brings together scholars to discuss the recently published volume Husserl on Depiction (eds. Regina-Nino Mion, Claudio Rozzoni, John B. Brough). The event focuses on Husserl’s analyses of image consciousness, depiction, and phantasy, exploring their relevance for contemporary phenomenological research. Each section of the book will be introduced by a commentator, followed by an open plenary discussion.
The symposium takes place at the Husserl Archive, University of Cologne, and is open to all interested participants. It is held in hybrid format and may be attended either in person or online. For the Zoom link, please contact: sara.dameno@uni-koeln.de.
